A present-day adaptation of "Edward Scissorhands" in which an orphaned creation with scissors for hands is adopted into a family living in a gentrified McMansion suburb. In a neighborhood obsessed with image, naive Edward's genuine attempts at fitting in, creating beautiful topiary, giving fashionable haircuts and falling in love are met only with gossip, superficiality, and inevitably -- ostracization.

The conservatory leads into a two-story library.

Empty shelves and covered furniture line the walls of the Frank Furness inspired abandoned mansion.

Edward is brought into a gentrified McMansion neighborhood.
